School Administrator
Alcester • Contract for 6–8 weeks • Full Time between the hours of 08:30-16:30 M to F • £12-13 per hour
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a School Administrator, this will be a temporary contract until the end of January.
The School Administrator day to day-to-day duties are as follows:
- Answering and managing telephone calls
- Scanning documents into digital systems
- Electronic filing and general administrative support
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of letters
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring organised filing systems
The Successful School Administrator must have the following skills/experience:
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high accuracy levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, with the ability to take initiative in handling queries, requests, and complaints
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with experience in minute-taking, letter writing, and database management
