Administrator – Stratford upon Avon – 8:30 am-4:30 pm (with an hour for lunch) Monday to Friday – Up to £21,891 per annum

This role is to act as a point of contact for membership and registration enquiries for our client based in Stratford upon Avon.  You will be providing administrative support to the Member Services Team.  Dealing with enquiries and applications in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.

As an Administrator, your day to day duties will include:

  • ·        Processing all applications and ensuring rules and procedures are followed
  • ·        Updating the membership database to ensure all relevant information is recorded
  • ·        Using the subscription service to review submissions.
  • ·        Manipulating, compiling, and scanning large documents
  • ·        Processing membership and registration applications
  • ·        Managing telephone calls and correspondence
  • ·        Updating literature and forms
  • ·        Communicating with various levels of clientele
  • ·        Database amendments
  • ·        Issuing replacement journals
  • ·        Issuing of membership cards
  • ·        Co-ordinating activities
  • ·        Minute taking
  • ·        Assisting with set up of rooms for meetings and training.
  • ·        Carrying out regular housekeeping, emails etc.
  • ·        Managing meeting agendas etc.
  • ·        Engaging and supporting colleagues where appropriate

 To be considered for our Administrator role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills, proficient understanding of MS Office
  • Good level of education
  • Experience of working in a busy environments
  • High standard of accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Willing to learn

  •  33 days holiday per annum (FTE) (including bank holidays), ), increasing to 38 days (FTE) after 5 complete years of service
