Alcester - Salary Upto £27k per annum - Full-time - Permanent 

An exciting opportunity to join a small but vibrant team in a Service Co-Ordinator role. 

The day-to-day duties of the successful Administration Co-ordinator role would include;

  • Dealing with day to day enquries from customers/engineers via phone/email
  • Booking & confirming planned visits with clients via phone/email
  • Liaise with engineers to book remedial jobs
  • Monitoring/acknowledging/reschedule revisit works from the Engineers
  • Updating internal job management system with relevant notes
  • Updating external client portals with ETA
  • Managing inbound service call requests via phone & email
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Great time management
  • Superb geographical knowledge
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience working as a Service Co-Ordinator in a fast-paced office environment
