What are the day-to-day duties for this Account Administrator role?
We are seeking an organised and proactive Accounts Administrator to join a small team in Redditch. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys a hands-on position in a collaborative environment. The successful applicant will handle basic accounting functions and general administrative tasks, helping to implement efficient processes across the office.
Accounting Tasks:
- Process remittances, invoices, and statements
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation
- Maintain financial records in Xero
General Administration:
- Assist with day-to-day office administration tasks
- Develop and refine processes to ensure operational efficiency
- Support the team with general clerical duties as required
What skills and experience will I need for this Accounts Administrator role?
- Previous experience in basic accounting and reconciliation
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software is preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
