If you’re AAT Level 4 (or above) and want reduced hours without being parked in a corner doing only VAT returns forever, this could be a great match. You’ll join a friendly, close-knit team where your experience is valued — whether you’ve worked in practice or industry.

What you’ll be doing
- Prepare/review accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- VAT returns, corporation tax computations and submissions
- Payroll and related reporting
- Speak with clients and provide practical, straight-talking advice
- Maintain accurate records using Xero
- Liaise with HMRC and Companies House
- Keep up to date with tax rules and compliance
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- AAT Level 4 (or higher)
- 3+ years’ accounting experience (practice or industry)
- Solid UK accounting/tax knowledge
- Great attention to detail + confident communication
